WHY Strength & Aesthetics?

Strength training and aesthetics go beyond just looking good—they play a crucial role in overall health, confidence, and longevity.

BENEFITS of Strength Training:

Helps build muscle,

Increase bone density,

Improve metabolism,

Enhances Posture,

Reduces the Rise of Injury

Supports Daily Movements.

Just to name a few.

But why? Why am I training this way and why are the above benefits important?

First, I truly believe that strength training is the bedrock foundation for all fitness.

Cardio, like Running, is my favorite form of exercise, but I cannot keep running if I do not have a baseline of strength. Strategic lifts target areas of your body to be able to move and progress the way you want in all facets of life.

My personal goal is not to be able to ONLY run, or ONLY get called to help my neighbor lift their couch because I train shoulders.

No, those are merely benefits. I strength train to build a durable body. That I can go into multiple facets of sports without the fear of weakness, injury, or lack of confidence.

Yes, I love the aesthetics. The sleeve filler exercises and the old “meat head” approach. But, again, this is merely a benefit of strength training, and more realistically, DIET.

This program is designed the only way I know how to truly build strength: PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD.

Check out the Strength and Aesthetics Program designed for you not to think, just to take action. HERE:
