Sleep is when your body and brain repair, reset, and regulate everything from memory and mood to hormones and immune function. Even one night of poor sleep can disrupt glucose metabolism, stress responses, and mental clarity—so consistent, quality sleep is essential for high-performance output.
I can train hard daily when I log 7-9 hours of sleep. I need at least 8 hours of sleep to train hard and work all day, while being sharp, clear, and energetic. Plus, when I lived life with quality sleep, my whole life changed: Less anxiety, stress, and more energy.
