The NEW 247365 Training Program

Every Sunday, you’ll receive a fresh week of training.

THE FIRST WEEK IS FREE FOR EVERYONE!

This program is built in 4–6 week segments. During each segment, you’ll progressively build strength and endurance. Workouts are designed to increase in intensity—intervals and endurance sessions will gradually get longer as your fitness improves.

Each segment also targets specific muscle groups. After 4–6 weeks, the exercises change so you can keep building strength and balance across your body.

👉 The best part: you can start at any time. Because the focus shifts every 4–6 weeks, you’ll always be on track no matter when you begin.


Weekly Training Split

  • Day 1: Push Strength Focus

  • Day 2: HIIT Training

  • Day 3: Leg Strength Focus

  • Day 4: Mobility

  • Day 5: Pull Strength Focus

  • Day 6: Endurance Training (with optional intervals)

  • Day 7: Rest
