Below is the 9th WEEK of the 12-week training program. Every Sunday, you will receive a new WEEK of training.

This program provides a split that looks like this:

Day 1: UPPER BODY

DAY 2: LOWER BODY

DAY 3: HIIT Training

DAY 4: UPPER BODY

DAY 5: LOWER BODY

DAY 6: LISS Training with optional Intervals

DAY 7: Mobility, Stretching, Recovery
